Sinus node dysfunction

A 43 year old male present to the JIPMER  hospital, Pondicherry, India, cardiology OPD with history of one episode of syncope two days back. ECG done is shown below. ECHO heart of the patient was normal.

Difficult ECG, Again do not jump to the diagnosis, first describe the ECG

Bradycardia present, heart rate around 50 beats per minute,  visible P wave seen which are merged in the T wave of previous QRS, each  sinus beat is followed long pause than junctional beat than again one sinus beat and than again long pause than again junctional beat so it is a case of Sinus arrest. where in the ECG, Junctional narrow QRS complex present

Description of the ECG -Bradycardia, heart rate around 50 beats per minute, Junctional beat present with narrow QRS complex, Inverted P wave seen in lead II,III, avF, Single sinus beat visible, sinus beat is narrow QRS complex
