ECG PSVT


50 years old female comes to JIPMER Pondicherry, India, Cardiology department with chief complaints of palpitation two episode over the last four year, last episode was four days back for which patient was hospitalised to private hospital and tachycardia  reverted with injection adenosine. Patient was referred to JIPMER cardiology department for Electrophysiological study and further management

Description of the ECG=Please do not jump to the diagnosis, first describe the ECG

Narrow complex regular tachycardia with rate around 220 beats per minute, normal axis, No P wave seen so it is a Short RP tachycardia
Diagnosis- Most likely AVNRT

Patient  underwent electrophysiological study and found to have dual AV node physiology with slow fast AVNRT. Patient underwent successful radiofrequency ablation.
